Last night I had the pleasure of being invited to an evening of yummy treats at the PRIMI Gateway #Get2getha. We got to kick start the evening with a good background tell all from one of the owners of PRIMI about the new wood fired pizza technology and self rotation system which ensures consistent heat right around the pizza which burns at 400 degrees for 1,5 minutes !
