Below I’ve shared my favourite cocktail recipe I enjoyed off of the booklet received. Alternatively, you can simply enjoy the Absolute Elyx neat over ice.
SWEETNESS FOLLOWS
Ingredients:
2 parts Elyx Vodka
1 part Lillet Rose
1 bar spoon Raspberry Syrup
1 dash Lemon Bitter
Method:
Add Elyx, Lillet Rose, raspberry syrup and lemon bitters to a mixing glass and shake with ice until well-chilled. Fine-strain into a glorious miniature copper pineapple.
