So once again , I grabbed the opportunity with both hands to explore my beautiful city in a way which I have never before. Redds Carnival , which is an outdoor event , was held for the second time this year on the Durban beachfront , and of course my friends and I took advantage of the themed party . We all dressed up carnival style and strutted all over the beach sand.
The atmosphere was electric , with local carnival dancers as part of entertainment with their amazing floats on display . A great dining experience as well as sweet treats wrapped it all up before we enjoyed amazing performances by South Africa’s best music entertainers as the sun set.
Looking forward to exploring my city even further this coming festive season .
